We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item, and how refunds are processed. It applies to all orders placed on flownutrition.sa and is consistent with Saudi consumer protection regulations and Ministry of Commerce guidelines.
Return window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Items that can be returned
- Unopened, sealed items in their original packaging, with all seals intact and the product unused.
- Wrong item shipped — if you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you (we cover return shipping).
- Damaged or defective on arrival — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened supplements — for food-safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Items returned without proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect storage, or normal wear.
How to request a return
- Submit a request through our complaints form and select Refund / return as the category. Include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the product.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping arrangement.
- Ship the item back in its original condition. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we approve the refund.
Refund method and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- We process approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to settle the refund to your account.
Who pays for return shipping
- Flow Nutrition pays when the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped.
- You pay the return shipping cost for any other eligible return.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Saudi consumer protection law. If you are not satisfied with our handling of a return, you may escalate to the Ministry of Commerce or the Balagh consumer protection service.
